Hominy Casserole

Hominy Casserole 

2-16 oz. can white hominy, drained 
2 Tbsp. chopped onion 
1 cup sour cream 
1 cup grated Monterey Jack Cheese 
1-4 oz. can diced green chilies, undrained 
salt to taste 

Mix all together and put in a greased 9"x13" square pan. Top with 1 Tbsp. butter and 3 Tbsps. bread crumbs. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes. 

Great with Ham.
